As you can probably guess from the massive lack of blog posts over the last few weeks, it has got extremely busy in the SewSew workshop of late. No that I'm complaining! It's the busiest one I've had so far, but there has been an hour or two that I've been able to leave my sewing cage and enjoy a few of the early festivities. Yesterday I popped to Clitheroe for the open day of the Platform Gallery's winter exhibition where I have some work on display. If you have never been to the gallery or are passing through Clitheroe any time soon I really recommend a visit, especially while their current exhibition is running because there is some fantastic work there. My favourite had to be Samantha Bryan, mixed media artist who creates fantastic sculptures. You can see more of her awesome work here.

Yesterday I went to look at the Liverpool Design Show at St Georges Hall. I love going back to Liverpool, after studying there for 3 years it's always fun to visit and go back to the old haunts! Especially Eddie Rockets (now Rockafellas) for a malt and a burger!! There was some lovely work on display at the show, here are some of the highlights!
